TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note a non refundable deposit is required on all Bookings.  Until the deposit is paid your booking is not guaranteed or secured. Upon payment of the deposit your booking is confirmed.

Deposits will need to be paid within a few hours of confirming that you wish to go ahead.

The outstanding balance is due 5 days (on internationals moves and payment on collection for national moves) before the job is carried out or prior agreement and failure to pay the balance  acts as a cancellation of the job by yourself.

All deposits and balances are to be paid via bank transfer (Bacs ) unless otherwise agreed.

All prices unless otherwise stated/agreed are in British Pounds (GBP)( £)

All quotes are only valid for one month from the date of the quote (unless stated otherwise)

All damages,breakages or missing items must be reported to us no later than 72 hours after the delivery.

Please ensure that all items are packed for international shipment. (PLEASE NOTE THAT FAILURE TO PACK YOUR ITEMS IN A MANOR SUITABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT WILL “NULL AND VOID” THE INSURANCE MEANING NO CLAIM FOR DAMAGES WILL BE PERMITTED/ACCEPTED ).

If you take more than your booked cubic meterage we reserve the right to charge additional fees and the cubic metre weighs more than 100kgs the charge will revert to £2.00 per kilo on the companies discretion.

Please note if you cancel within 72 hrs of the collection date you will still be charged the full price.

All Cancellations must be in writing (Email: UK DIRECT REMOVALS) or Facebook message using the facility in the bottom right corner of this page.
Please ensure your inventory is as accurate as possible, as your price was based upon this inventory/information which was supplied by yourselves.
